My training is engaging, accessible and rooted in true-to-life workplace challenges and situations. I use a variety of training methods, including scenarios, quizzes, flip chart work, small group work, role play, DVD clips, group discussions and slides to provide an interactive and informative training experience for delegates.
There are always opportunities for delegates to discuss issues that are current for them and to ask questions. Supporting people with mental health problems is embedded throughout the training, and material can be based on common experiences like stress, anxiety and depression as well as less common mental health problems like bipolar affective disorder, personality disorder and schizophrenia.
The training is accompanied by written and/or electronic handouts of key material and a comprehensive list of relevant resources.
My training covers a wide range of topics about mental health.
